Responsibilities

• Communicate product information, availability, pricing, and guidance to help purchasing decisions.
• Monitor order fulfillment, shipment status, and delivery performance.
• Maintain customer data and CRM records with accuracy.
• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Shipping and other departments to resolve issues.
