Job summary

VALTO is seeking a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team in Channahon, IL. You will manage orders, respond to inquiries, and communicate product information while ensuring a seamless customer experience from order entry through delivery.

The ideal candidate has 5–7 years of customer service experience and an associate’s degree in business or a related field, with the ability to collaborate across teams to strengthen processes and drive meaningful business results.

Qualifications

Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent verbal and written communication.
Minimum 5–7 years of customer service experience.
Associate degree in business or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
Experience with CRM, order entry systems, and standard business software.

Responsibilities

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues to maintain strong relationships.
Accurately process orders, pricing requests, quotations, and account information.
Communicate product information, availability, pricing, and guidance to customers.
Monitor order status, shipment, and delivery performance from entry to delivery.
Maintain customer data and CRM records; collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Shipping.
