Job summary

ACE Scholarships, a Denver-based nonprofit, seeks a Senior Customer Service Representative (Sr. CSR) who is bilingual in Spanish and English. This in-office role supports families, schools, and donors across multiple channels and requires handling complex cases.

The position operates on a PM swing shift 12:30pm–9:00pm, is full-time, and offers a comprehensive benefits package in addition to an hourly wage of $30.00–$35.00.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Experience in high-volume customer support environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide inbound and outbound customer service via phone, email, and chat using ServiceNow.
• Serve families, schools, and donors with advanced knowledge of scholarship programs, application processes, and exception handling.
• Own assigned customer cases from start to resolution, including complex inquiries.
