Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding past-due mortgage, HOA, maintenance fee balances.
• Conduct high-volume collection outreach by phone and other approved channels.
• Negotiate payment arrangements within company guidelines.
• Document all collection activity, conversations, and payments.
• Research and resolve account discrepancies and billing concerns.
• Escalate accounts as needed with internal teams.
