Responsibilities

• Manage all activities of a branch and oversee customer and employee experience, digital engagement, transactions/operations, servicing, and sales.
• Identify Retail and Business Banking customers' needs and provide personalized short and long-term solutions.
• Independently source and process Business Banking loan requests up to $250,000 and bundle products accordingly.
• Ensure regulatory, operational, security, and control requirements are met with strong risk management.
• Lead and develop branch employees to achieve performance goals; hire, onboard, and retain top talent.
• Promote fraud-prevention tools and digital security features for customers.
• Drive community presence by representing the bank at events and building partnerships.
• Adhere to risk/regulatory standards and maintain internal controls; comply with the Federal SAFE Act.
