Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED and at least 1 year of proven retail sales, call center, customer service, or telesales experience.
• Ability to fluently communicate both verbally and in writing with bank customers in English; second language skills as assessed.
• Strong verbal and interpersonal skills; ability to handle difficult customer conversations.
• Proficient with internet-based technology and basic banking tools.

Responsibilities

• Educate customers and explain Consumer and Business Banking features; make recommendations.
• Engage customers and promote digital capabilities in interactions.
• Manage appointments and walk-ins; refer complex needs to the appropriate team.
• Follow sales processes and provide customer-focused guidance.
• Proactively reach out to retain and expand Consumer/Business Banking relationships.
• Assist with AML/KYC processes and identify potential fraud cases.
• Complete customer transactions and branch operational tasks.
