AT&T is seeking an Assistant Retail Store Manager in Victoria, TX to partner with a store manager to oversee daily store operations, merchandising, and product launches while driving sales and an extraordinary customer experience.

You will coach and develop a team of retail sales consultants, participate in off-site events, and benefit from paid training designed for leadership success, with competitive salary, comprehensive benefits, and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of daily store operations in collaboration with the store manager.

• Provide best-in-class paid training and leadership development to the team.
