AT&T is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to partner with a store manager in Victoria, TX, overseeing daily store operations, merchandising, launches, and promotional activities. You will drive sales, coach a team, and deliver outstanding customer experiences with AT&T services.

The role emphasizes leadership, strategic thinking, and collaboration with stakeholders to achieve store goals and a strong training foundation.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
• Prior management experience.
• Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems.
• The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operation of a retail store in partnership with a store manager.
• Assist with merchandising and product launches and meet sales objectives.
• Provide an extraordinary customer experience with AT&T services.
• Lead outreach and promotional activities, including off-site events.
