AllSeason Solar & Roofing is seeking a Customer Care Specialist/Sales Support in Galloway, NJ. This crucial role is the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries about solar and roofing services, and processing sales documents after project completion.

The ideal candidate will possess previous customer service experience, strong organizational skills, and excellent communication. Benefits include health, PTO, and paid training.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software for data management.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls for projects and manage inbound calls.
• Educate customers on the Enphase onboarding system after a solar project is installed.
• Follow up with a satisfaction survey (post‑install) for our solar and roofing projects.
• Become an expert in solar and the products/services we provide.
• Process all sales documents with our sales support team.
• Promote and educate customers about our solar and roofing referral program.
• Contact homeowners to understand our project pipeline.
• Manage voicemail daily and notify the appropriate department manager if necessary.
• Communicate with managers and resolve customer complaints with manners and patience.
