Job summary

Liberis is seeking a Collections Agent to join our global team and guide a diverse receivables book back to good standing. You will conduct daily monitoring, engage customers via calls and emails, and collaborate with legal letters where necessary, all while upholding our standards of fairness and accuracy.

You will work with a dynamic team across the UK, Sweden, Germany and the US to support Liberis' growth in multilingual markets, with autonomy to prioritise your workload and deliver strong

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish or Portuguese is required.
• Experience in a collections team, preferably SME collections.
• Ability to self-manage and prioritise tasks effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills for cross-level interactions.
• High level of integrity in all actions and decisions.
• Proficiency in Excel.
• Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy.
• Ability to identify and propose process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Conduct daily monitoring of the receivables book to identify underperforming and inactive customers.
• Investigate causes of inactivity and develop rehabilitation solutions.
• Directly engage with customers through daily calls and emails to rekindle engagement.
• Liaise with customers via legal letters where contact has been unsuccessful.
• Ensure defaulting account volumes stay within budget by deploying cost-effective strategies.
• Act as a Fairness Ambassador, upholding Liberis' customer-centric values.
• Operate with autonomy to prioritise daily workload while receiving team support.
