Elizabeth Rosario Law, PLC is seeking a Bilingual Collections Specialist (English/Spanish) to join our Finance team in Charlotte, NC. You will work directly with clients to resolve balances, establish payment arrangements, and provide exceptional service throughout the collections process.

This role is ideal for someone with collections, customer service, call center, or account management experience who thrives in a fast-paced environment and responds to performance-based incentives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and Spanish (written and verbal).
• Experience in collections, customer service, call center, or related role.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage sensitive conversations professionally.
• Basic computer and data entry skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact clients by phone, email, and text regarding past-due balances
• Negotiate payment plans and secure payment commitments
• Follow up on delinquent accounts and broken payment promises
• Document all collection activities and client interactions accurately
• Investigate account issues and billing concerns
• Maintain professional, empathetic, and solution-oriented client interactions
• Meet collection goals, productivity standards, and quality expectations
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client concerns
