Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record required.
• Native or near-native fluency in spoken and written Spanish required.
• Annual Motor Vehicle Registration (MVR) check required.
• Ability to provide own transportation with mileage reimbursement for travel.
• Meet auto insurance requirements by Boys Town policy/state laws.
• Nebraska state licensing with 2 years transfer/hire required.
• ASHA CCC certification or equivalent within 2 years of transfer/hire.
• CITI certification within 30 days of transfer/hire required.

Responsibilities

• Manages daily lab activities including schedules and budgets.
• Leads participant recruitment efforts.
• Supervises and mentors lab assistants.
• Administers standardized tests measuring language and communication; shares results with participant or guardian.
• Interacts with the Internal Review Board; drafts proposals and modifications.
• Represents the laboratory on social media platforms.
• Assists in stimulus preparation and development of test procedures.
• Enters data into databases.
• Collaborates with team to document reliable research procedures.
• Provides transportation for patients as needed.
• Delivers patient care and education per population served.
