Job summary

Boys Town in Omaha, Nebraska is seeking a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to evaluate students, develop service plans, and deliver IEP services to enhance progress.

You will collaborate with families, teachers, and administrators, provide articulation, voice and fluency therapy, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with district procedures while supporting a positive learning environment.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA required.
• Current Nebraska Teaching Certificate with endorsement in Speech-Language Pathology required.

Responsibilities

• Provides evaluation and service plans for students with communication disorders.
• Identifies and evaluates communication disorders; develops and implements individualized plans for students to improve speech and language skills.
• Maintains accurate and complete records as required by laws, policies, and regulations.
• Directs therapy sessions including speech/language articulation, voice and fluency therapy.
• Establishes and maintains appropriate using the Boys Town Social Skill Model for a productive learning environment.
• Develops and uses student's IEPs with each student in caseload.
