Job summary

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Able to handle a steady call volume and navigate computer systems.
• Conversational in Spanish preferred.
• 2 years Call Center Customer Support experience required.

Responsibilities

• Respond to patient calls and messages, providing clear guidance on equipment setup and testing steps.
• Contact patients with reminders and follow up on incomplete tests.
• Assist medical offices with order questions, patient updates, and testing progress.
• Review and enter incoming orders, following up with providers to obtain missing information.
• Document interactions accurately and protect patient information per HIPAA and company policies.
• Resolve routine concerns and refer urgent or complex issues to the appropriate team leader.
• Support teammates during busy periods and provide clear handoffs between shifts.
