Job summary

Sleep RX LLC in Illinois is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish CPAP Technician to educate, set up, troubleshoot, and provide ongoing support for patients using CPAP and related sleep therapy equipment.

The ideal candidate is patient-focused, organized, and comfortable working with diverse populations, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently to ensure patient adherence and safety.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
• Experience as a CPAP Technician, DME Technician, or similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of sleep therapy equipment and compliance standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• RPSGT, CRT, RRT, or equivalent certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Set up CPAP, BiPAP, and related sleep therapy equipment
• Educate patients on proper use, cleaning, and maintenance
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and ensure patient compliance
• Document patient interactions accurately
• Communicate with physicians, sleep labs, and insurance providers
• Provide excellent customer service in both English and Spanish
