Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree preferred.
• 2–3 years of experience as an operations coordinator or in a similar role.
• Experience in the customer service field is preferred.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Solid computer skills, including email and Microsoft Office.
• Basic bookkeeping skills.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, control, and manage business operations to meet customer expectations and company goals.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and procedures.
• Assist managers in day-to-day coordination and management of business operations.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular meetings and communications.
• Evaluate operations performance and provide a strategic plan for improvements.
• Provide direction to internal teams to achieve performance targets.
• Identify problems in operations process and resolve them quickly and timely.
• Follow standard operating procedures for efficient business operations.
• Maintain clear and accurate operations documents/procedures for reference purposes.
• Determine and enforce employees training on compliance guidelines, requirements, and standards
