Job summary

SBM Management Services, LP is seeking a bilingual Site Supervisor in Mountain View, CA to safely coordinate program activities. You will inspect areas, equipment, and working conditions to ensure compliance with sanitation and OSHA regulations, while supervising employees and temporary staff.

The role requires training, supervising, and coordinating work, with a focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Some travel may be required, and the company offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Six months to 1-year related experience and/or training.
• High School diploma or general education degree (GED); or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• May be required to have a valid driver’s license. May be required to be Forklift Certified.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities, recommends training and discipline.
• Prepare written reports (pass down, weekly, monthly).
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor employees for proper use of PPE to ensure safety compliance.
• Report employee personnel and customer issues to manager.
• Correct at risk behavior immediately and report to the manager.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action on areas that need improvement.
• Maintain records (training, inspections, attendance, metric data).
• Familiar with supervisor responsibilities.
• Some travel may be required for this position.
