Job summary

SBM Offshore is seeking a Site Manager for the Folsom, CA location. You will direct company programs, implement policies, and ensure contract compliance with customers. Responsibilities include planning schedules, managing budgets, supervising staff, and coordinating with subcontractors.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 2–5 years of experience, with Spanish bilingual skills preferred. Travel may be required and a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field with 2–5 years of experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office and computer skills.
• Customer service, problem solving, time management, and project management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Plan and develop work schedules to ensure adequate service.
• Prepare schedules for service personnel and assign routes.
• Inspect and evaluate establishment for safety, quality, and service.
• Audit and maintain inventories of supplies and equipment.
• Coordinate budgets, cost estimates, bid sheets, and contracts.
• Direct liaison between company, customers, clients, employees, and subcontractors.
• Ensure site meets budget goals on a sustaining basis.
• Some travel is required for this position.
