Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Certificates: Driver's license may be required; Forklift certification may be required.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred; strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge: databases, spreadsheets, and word processing.

Responsibilities

• Train, supervise and instruct employees in tasks, safety, policies, and procedures.
• Coordinate and monitor work activities; recommend training and discipline.
• Perform duties of employees within the program assigned.
• Write reports such as pass down, weekly, or monthly.
• Perform quality, service, and safety inspections.
• Track equipment inventory, maintenance, and repair.
• Track supplies and maintain inventory.
• Monitor PPE usage to ensure safety compliance.
• Report employee and customer issues to the manager.
• Provide recommendations for corrective action.
