PLS is seeking a Shift Supervisor in Milwaukee to lead daily store operations and deliver outstanding customer service.

You will supervise Customer Service Representatives, assist the Store Manager, ensure cash handling accuracy, and uphold company policies.

This role requires at least one year of management experience, excellent communication, and flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• A minimum of one year of management experience in hospitality, financial services, retail, or restaurant.
• Ability to engage with customers and build relationships.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• English fluency is required; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations to deliver outstanding customer service.
• Direct team members in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Assist the Assistant Store Manager with scheduling, cash handling, and store performance.
