O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support store management in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management duties in the absence of the Store Manager.

You will lead team members in delivering exceptional service to retail and professional customers, manage showroom service levels, and handle opening/closing duties. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication abilities with customers and team.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification within training period.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee customer service levels in the showroom and ensure policy adherence.
• Answer telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers and notify customers on shipment arrivals.
