You will work with the AzEIP framework, manage referrals, schedule meetings, and ensure timely service delivery while maintaining required records and collaborating with the EI Core Team.

We are hiring a Service Coordinator for our Early Intervention Program to be a part of the EI Core Team. The Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) provides support to families of children from birth to three years of age with disabilities or special developmental needs, assisting them on learning developmental skills such as gross motor, fine motor, language, and facilitate engagement in activities, routines and events of everyday life. This person will operate primarily in the Maricopa City area.
