RISE Early Intervention seeks a Service Coordinator to join the EI Core Team, supporting families of children birth to three with disabilities in the AzEIP program. You will coordinate services, attend meetings, and ensure timely delivery of supports in the family’s daily routines.
The role requires a Bachelor's degree in a related field and strong communication skills; pediatric experience and bilingual abilities are a plus. Travel for meetings and a background check are required.

We are hiring a Service Coordinator for our Early Intervention Program to be a part of the EI Core Team. The Core Team is composed of the following disciplines: Nurses, Psychologists, Social Workers, and Developmental Specialists. The Arizona Early Intervention Program (AzEIP) provides support to families of children from birth to three years of age with disabilities or special developmental needs, assisting them on learning developmental skills such as gross motor, fine motor, language, and facilitate engagement in activities, routines and events of everyday life.
