You should know the menu, pair items with beers and cocktails, craft drinks per recipes, and operate the POS while upholding all alcohol and safety policies.

Qualifications

• Must be legally eligible to serve alcohol.
• Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred.
• Current Food Handler’s Card and RBS certification.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and provide them with a fun and exciting experience.
• Have working knowledge of our menu with the ability to pair beer and cocktails with menu items.
• Expert ability to craft cocktails according to San Pedro Fish Market recipes.
• Follow city, state, federal, and Company guidelines for serving alcoholic beverages, without fail. Verify age with IDs and report invalid IDs to management.
• Ability to operate the POS system accurately.
• Promptly address guest service issues and refer guests to management when necessary.
