Carex Consulting Group is partnering with a Financial Services client to hire a Senior Project Manager who will oversee a portfolio of enterprise-wide programs with Costa Rica focus. The role drives strategy, execution, governance, and measurable business outcomes while partnering with senior leaders and cross-functional teams in a highly matrixed organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• 10+ years of related experience, including 5+ years leading large-scale projects or transformation initiatives.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with program governance, budgeting, risk management, and change control.

Responsabilités

• Define program objectives aligned with organizational strategies and priorities.
• Develop program charters, roadmaps, and success measures to guide execution.
• Establish and maintain program governance structures and reporting standards.
• Lead the execution of complex, cross-functional programs with scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and dependencies.
• Adopt Agile and other delivery frameworks to improve execution and value delivery.
• Prioritize minimum viable functionality to deliver measurable business value early.
• Monitor performance against objectives, financial targets, and benefits.
• Develop and maintain program budgets with Finance and conduct cost-benefit analyses.
• Identify risks, resolve issues, and escalate decisions as needed.
• Communicate program status and recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders.
• Mentor project managers and cross-functional teams; build consensus among stakeholders.
