Job summary

Pan-American Life Insurance Group (PALIG) seeks a bilingual English/Spanish Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives across finance, accounting, and operations, supporting our domestic and international footprint.

You will drive ERP and financial systems projects, manage stakeholders, and ensure on-time delivery within scope, delivering improved reporting and operational performance.

This role requires PMP or equivalent experience and the ability to navigate a multinational environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience required.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Experience implementing financial projects desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead project initiation and planning with stakeholders.
• Manage ERP/financial systems implementation projects.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure on-time, in-scope delivery.
