Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service during cash transactions and payments.
• Follow bank policies and supervisor directions.
• Cross-sell bank products and services to customers.
• Balance cash drawer daily and record transactions accurately.
• Process deposits, withdrawals, and other money movements in a timely manner.
• Identify counterfeit currency and verify identifications.
• Enter transactions and issue receipts.
• Support in-store sales activities and customer assistance.
