Scion Staffing is seeking a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist to support California operations, onsite in San Ramon, CA, for about 75 employees across a blue-collar workforce. This full-time role requires hands-on, full-cycle HR capabilities.

The position covers employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, compliance, leaves, and training, with strong English and Spanish communication skills.

Scion Staffing has been engaged to conduct a search for a Bilingual Senior HR Generalist for an established organization supporting its California operations. This is a full-time, direct-hire, onsite opportunity in San Ramon, CA.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Bilingual Senior HR Generalist will serve as a key HR resource for the organization's California operations, supporting approximately 75 employees. This is a hands-on, full-cycle HR position responsible for a broad range of HR functions, including employee relations, recruiting, payroll, benefits, workers' compensation, compliance, leave administration, and training. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently and supporting a blue-collar, hourly, and field-based workforce. Strong English and Spanish communication skills are required.

• Experience with workers' compensation, payroll, benefits, leave administration, and recruiting.
• Preferred experience with ADP Workforce Now and/or HR support within industrial, construction, manufacturing, field services, or similar environments.

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position offers a salary of up to $125,000 , along with a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and a 401(k) plan with employer matching. This is an onsite Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM opportunity in San Ramon, CA.
