Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer, Bilingual Guest Services, for a busy Miami location. You will greet visitors, verify access, and maintain a secure front desk environment while delivering exceptional customer service in English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience are preferred.
• Age 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk security and customer service at a commercial real estate location.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, surveillance, alarms, and communications equipment; report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel and emergency services.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and relay information to building management and leadership.
