• Background check required by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide front desk service at a commercial real estate location.
• Greet, screen, and direct visitors, tenants, contractors, and delivery personnel.
• Monitor visitor activity, log records, and issue temporary access credentials.
• Answer calls, provide building information, and relay requests to site contacts.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies calmly following procedures.
