Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, seeks a Security Officer Bilingual Guest Services in Miami, FL. You will greet visitors, manage access, monitor systems, and respond to security concerns while delivering excellent English and Spanish customer service.

This full-time role features night shifts and a pay rate of $19.30 per hour. A high school diploma is required, and candidates must pass background checks and drug screenings where allowed by law.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of security-related experience.
• Fluent in speaking, reading, and writing Spanish.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years of age; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check required and drug screen as allowed by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and clients at the front desk while following security procedures.
• Greet visitors, verify access, issue visitor credentials, and maintain records.
• Monitor access points, surveillance, alarms, and communications equipment and report unusual activity.
• Respond to incidents calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel and emergency services.
• Maintain a professional front-desk presence and relay information to building management.
