Job summary

The role requires 2+ years in inspection/production, HACCP knowledge, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. The position starts early, runs Monday–Friday, and pays $20.00 per hour as a full-time role.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in inspection and/or production.
• Food manufacturing experience; seafood or meat processing a plus.
• HACCP knowledge; certification preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written skills.
• Able to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact between production staff and Quality for QA issues.
• Ensure compliance with food safety programs, company specs, and HACCP.
• Fill out HACCP documents and record environmental swabs.
• Conduct internal audits of plant and paperwork with QC leadership.
• Maintain and calibrate quality control equipment.
• Test and record measurements of seafood product attributes.
• Prepare, process and maintain test data for review.
• Evaluate data and draft reports; communicate QC concerns promptly.
• Assist with implementation of new methods and processes as needed.
