MarketStar is seeking a Sales Development Representative for Mailchimp (Spanish speaking) based in Salt Lake City, UT. The role focuses on qualifying opportunities, handling inbound/outbound communications, and routing leads to the sales team across multiple channels.

The ideal candidate has 1 year of business-to-business sales experience, is fluent in both Spanish and English, and thrives in a fast-paced, scale-oriented environment.

• 1 year business sales experience (tech/software a plus)
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through inbound channels of communication.
• Inbound Calls/Web Forms/Chat: Manage a channel across incoming calls, web forms and chat requests from existing or new customers.
• Objection Handling: Qualify and route leads or calls to the appropriate sales agent based on the nature of the inquiry or request.
• Customer/Rep Engagement: Provide excellent customer experience by addressing inquiries with courtesy and a customer-centric approach.
