You will identify and qualify potential sales opportunities, handle inbound and outbound communications, and efficiently direct leads to the appropriate sales team members across different channels.

Location: Salt Lake City, UT - Hybrid. The role requires 1 year of business sales experience, and bilingual fluency in Spanish and English.

Qualifications

• 1 year business sales experience (tech/software a plus).
• Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English, with strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead Qualification: Identify and qualify potential sales opportunities through inbound channels.
• Inbound Channels: Manage calls, forms and chat requests from customers and route to the sales team.
• Objection Handling: Qualify and route leads to the appropriate sales agent, overcoming objections.
• Customer Engagement: Deliver excellent customer experience and handover to inside sales reps.
• KPIs: Align to metrics for handling inbound leads and qualification quality.
• Collaboration: Work with sales on lead quality and conversions.
