Cinter-Networks is seeking an SCM System Support Specialist (Bilingual Korean) in Plano, TX to act as the first contact for SCM inquiries and verify data integrity across SCM systems. The role interfaces with headquarters in Korea, ensuring smooth operation and timely guidance on data and processes.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years in SCM, experience with forecasting and allocation, and proficiency in Advanced Planning systems.

Qualifications

• Analyze SCM processes, data, and interfaces between multiple systems.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain Management focusing on forecasting and allocation.
• Experience with Advanced Planning systems is a plus.
• Bachelor's degree in information management or related field.
• Bilingual Korean required; strong communication skills.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first point of contact for SCM system inquiries and ensure data integrity.
• Attend meetings with business users and HQ Korea to relay requirements.
• Validate features in SCM systems, train users, and provide feedback to HQ.
• Maintain data interfaces and monitor for irregularities to support operations.
