Cinter Technology is seeking a bilingual SCM System Support Specialist (Korean) for an onsite role in Plano, TX. The contract position runs for 1 year with W-2 employment, offering $80,000 to $95,000 per year and benefits including insurance and 401K match. You will liaise between business users and Korea HQ.

The ideal candidate will have strong SCM data skills, be able to work cross-functionally, and support system interfaces and data integrity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management (Forecasting, RT, and Allocation).
• BS/BA or higher in information management related field.
• Bilingual in Korean; strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to work independently or in a team; fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first contact for SCM system inquiries and ensure data integrity.
• Attend meetings with business users and coordinate with HQ in Korea to deliver requirements.
• Validate new SCM features, train users, and provide feedback to HQ dev team.
• Maintain data interfaces between SCM systems and monitor for irregularities.
