Job summary

Sbt Global in Plano, TX is seeking a Business Systems Analyst (SCM System Support) who is Korean bilingual to serve as the first line of contact for SCM system inquiries, coordinate with headquarters in Korea, and review data across SCM modules.

You will validate features, train users, maintain data interfaces, and work with business users to ensure data integrity and timely issue resolution; strong analytical skills and experience with forecasting and allocations are a plus.

Qualifications

• Able to analyze SCM related processes, data and understand data interfaces between multiple systems.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• 5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management area (Forecasting, RTF, and Allocation) is a plus
• Advanced Planning system experience is a plus.
• BS/BA or higher in information management-related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for SCM system inquiries and analyze data to resolve problems.
• Attend meetings with business users and relay needs to Korea HQ dev team.
• Validate new SCM features, train users, and provide feedback to HQ.
• Maintain data interfaces between SCM systems and monitor data integrity.
• Support end-to-end SCM system operations and advise on issue resolution.
