Roth Staffing is seeking an SCM System Support Analyst who will act as the first line of contact for SCM system inquiries, analyze forecasts and data interfaces, and ensure data integrity across multiple SCM platforms in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires bilingual Korean proficiency, collaboration with headquarters in Korea, and the ability to train users while supporting system enhancements onsite in Plano, TX for a 12-month temp-contract term.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of functional experience in Supply Chain Management (Forecasting, RTF, Allocation) is a plus.
• BS/BA or higher in information management-related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for SCM system inquiries and ensure data integrity across SCM systems.
• Attend meetings with business users and relay requirements to the HQ dev team in Korea.
• Validate new SCM features, train users, and provide feedback to the HQ development team.
• Maintain data interfaces between SCM systems and monitor operations to resolve issues promptly.
