CPSE program in Queens, NY seeks a full-time Bilingual or Monolingual School Psychologist to join a multidisciplinary team. Responsibilities include evaluations for ages 3-5, IEP-based counseling, and collaboration with teachers, speech therapists, and other specialists.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Certification as School Psychologist.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Monolingual candidates are eligible.
• Proficiency in administering and interpreting BASC-3.
• Strong interpersonal collaboration across a multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children ages 3-5.
• Prepare clear diagnostic, psychological, and behavioral reports.
• Provide evidence-based recommendations and design interventions with interdisciplinary teams.
• Deliver individual and group counseling, and parent training per IEPs.
• Participate in treatment planning, case conferences, and IEP meetings.
• Foster clear communication among clinical supervisors, staff, and families.
• Maintain compliance with NYS CPSE and agency standards.
