Queens, New York-based CPSE program is hiring a full-time School Psychologist (bilingual or monolingual) to join a multidisciplinary team. The role involves evaluations, counseling under IEPs, and collaboration with educators and therapists in a preschool setting.

New graduates with state certification are welcomed. Certification as School Psychologist in NY is required; bilingual (Spanish/English) candidates are preferred. On-site position with a traditional school calendar.

Qualifikationen

• Active New York State Certification as a School Psychologist is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Monolingual candidates are eligible
• Experience with the Behavior Assessment System for Children-3 (BASC-3) is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children ages 3-5.
• Prepare clear diagnostic and behavioral reports per clinical standards.
• Provide individual and group counseling aligned with IEPs.
• Collaborate with teachers, social workers, SLPs, OT, PT and families.
• Participate in treatment planning, case conferences, and IEP meetings.
• Maintain compliance with NYS CPSE regulations.
