Job summary

CPSE Program in Queens, NY is seeking a full-time Bilingual or Monolingual School Psychologist to join its multidisciplinary team serving children ages 3-5 in a specialized school setting.

You will conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations, provide IEP-mandated counseling, and collaborate with teachers, social workers, SLPs, OTs, and PTs. New graduates with state certification are warmly welcomed to apply.

Qualifications

• Active New York State Certification as a School Psychologist is required.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) or Monolingual candidates are eligible.
• Experience with BASC-3 is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychological evaluations for children ages 3-5.
• Prepare diagnostic and behavioral reports per clinical standards.
• Provide counseling per IEP requirements (individual and group).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of therapists and educators.
• Participate in IEP meetings and treatment planning.
• Maintain compliance with NYS CPSE regulations.
