You will be the first point of contact, helping clients access care, schedule appointments, and ensure a welcoming experience from the initial call. You will handle scheduling tasks, support Spanish-speaking clients, and collaborate with clinical staff while adhering to HIPAA and privacy standards.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal communication and customer service skills.
• Fluency in English and Spanish (proficiency assessed on hire).
• Ability to quickly build rapport and maintain positive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Answer calls on the central scheduling line with warmth and efficiency.
• Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments with accuracy.
• Serve as primary contact for Spanish-speaking clients with clear communication.
• Coordinate with clinical staff to understand scheduling needs and waitlists.
• Maintain HIPAA/privacy standards while using the EMR system.
• Screen calls and route messages to appropriate team members.
