Continental Automotive Group is seeking a full-time Customer Service/Support role in the Austin area. The ideal candidate will handle calls, emails, and chats, schedule appointments, and maintain clear communication across channels.

A bilingual English/Spanish capability, plus basic CRM and office software experience, is required. Responsibilities include prompt responses, appointment management, and collaborating with teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Must have held a valid driver’s license for at least 1 year.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Experience with business software (Email clients, Microsoft Office, Gmail for businesses).
• Moderate understanding of web browser functions (URL, multiple browsers, cookies).
• Must type 45+ WPM with productive, touch typing.
• Polished, professional, and positive phone and email communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle and respond promptly to incoming calls, emails, and online chats.
• Communicate with customers regarding appointment scheduling, changes, missed appointments, and cancellations.
• Schedule appointments according to scheduling rules.
• Maintain strong communication via email, text, and Google Sheets.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
