Responsibilities

• Schedule, confirm, and manage service appointments via phone, email, and text.

• Update customer database to encourage repeat business.
• Present/service contracts and review warranty options when applicable.
• Process payments for service contracts as needed.
• Generate daily reports and complete admin tasks.
• Maintain professional appearance and provide outstanding customer service.
