Job summary

Bean Automotive Group seeks an Internet Concierge to attract customers to the Sales department. The role emphasizes calling to schedule appointments, handling inquiries, and maintaining CRM follow-ups to convert prospects.

Fluency in English and Spanish is required, with strong communication and computer skills. This is a full-time position across our Kendall and West Kendall locations.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in English and Spanish.
• Proficient typing, emailing and general computer skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and internet inquiries to schedule appointments.
• Use CRM for follow-up calls, emails and texts to unsold prospects.
• Schedule follow-up contact if an appointment is not fulfilled.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
