Bean Automotive Group is seeking an Internet Concierge/BDC Specialist to attract customers to the Sales department and set up appointments. You will make outbound calls and answer inquiries using CRM to manage follow-ups.

With bilingual English/Spanish communication, you will handle inbound/outbound calls, emails and texts, and collaborate with the Sales team. A high school diploma and reliability are required, with occasional weekend work.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Typing, email and general computer skills helpful.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to schedule sales appointments.
• Answer incoming calls and internet inquiries to schedule appointments.
• Utilize CRM to follow up with unsold prospects via calls, emails, and texts.
• Schedule follow-up contacts if an appointment is not fulfilled.
