The ideal candidate maintains patient privacy, communicates clearly with patients and staff, and handles referrals, authorizations, and documentation with accuracy. Training provided, with a focus on efficient scheduling across multiple clinics.

Qualifications

• Bilingual required in English and another language as applicable.
• Experience in medical scheduling or administrative support preferred.
• Strong detail orientation and accuracy in data entry.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and reschedule patient follow-ups and procedures.
• Coordinate transportation for procedure patients when needed.
• Verify authorizations before scheduling procedures.
• Update patient records and log daily activities.
• Communicate with patients and staff to ensure smooth visit flow.
