Job summary

Cinter Technology in Plano, TX seeks a SAP Application Support Specialist to provide Tier 1 VOC support for SAP S/4HANA environments and to troubleshoot business-critical systems. Strong coding background and problem-solving skills are valued, with direct SAP experience preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will collaborate across IT and SAP teams, review configurations and source code, and document interactions and resolutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years in software development (VB, C#, Java) required.
• SAP Experience: Exposure to SAP environments (S/4HANA preferred) is not required but preferred.
• Experience with Database modeling with RDBMS (Oracle, MS SQL, MariaDB) preferred.
• Understanding and experience in system development lifecycle preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 VOC support to end users on SAP S/4HANA platform.
• Investigate, analyze, and troubleshoot reported issues; escalate as needed.
• Review source code and system configurations to assist root cause identification.
• Collaborate with IT, SAP functional, and technical teams to resolve incidents.
• Document all customer interactions, issue details, and resolutions per procedures.
• Communicate findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance support efficiency and customer satisfaction.
