RiseMe is seeking an Offprem Salesforce Account Executive to identify, qualify, and close opportunities within a defined territory. This role requires a solution-focused mindset, strong sales acumen, and deep Salesforce knowledge. Travel to Canada is expected, and applicants must hold a valid passport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience, or technology certificate(s).
• 3-5 years of experience in sales, solution engineering, or a related client-facing role with a proven Salesforce solutions track record.
• Fluency in English and French with strong written and verbal communication in both languages.
• Strong Salesforce platform knowledge, features, functionality, and best practices.
• Sales skills: prospecting, consultative selling, negotiating, and closing.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new opportunities through networking, events, social selling, and prospecting channels.
• Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and manage activities in Salesforce.
• Develop and deliver compelling sales presentations and demonstrations tailored to client needs.
• Conduct needs analyses to propose customized Salesforce solutions delivering measurable business value.
• Negotiate and close new business while forecasting revenue and managing targets.
• Stay current on industry trends and Salesforce product developments.
