Farmers Insurance – The McGregor Agency in Chicago is seeking a motivated Sales Representative fluent in Spanish to join our growing team. We provide leads, paid pre-licensing, hands-on training, coaching, and ongoing support to help you succeed.

You will follow up with provided leads, build relationships with clients, identify needs, close sales, and deliver excellent service. Licensing support includes Illinois P&C before starting and Life & Health within 60 days, with us covering the

Licensing Required — We'll Help You Get There

• An Illinois Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required before starting. Don't have your license yet? We'll pay for your pre-licensing course and help you through the process of getting licensed.
• Once you start, you'll also be required to obtain your Life & Health license within 60 days.
